Return Policy

Merchandise purchased through Schulte-Ufer Vancouver must be returned within 15 days of receipt. Return shipping will be at the customer's expense.  A credit will be returned to the original form of payment, less the initial shipping and handling charge.  All items must have the original Sales Receipt attached—items without the Receipt will not be accepted.  If any of the items being returned are used and broken, credit will not be issued for those items.  If you receive a broken item in your original shipment, please contact Schulte-Ufer Vancouver for a replacement.
